That very last part is what I thought too, but then again, if you suddenly got your true memories back, as well as your male form of thought, wouldn't you feel so embarrassed when parts of you are a clingy ditz and a playfully jealous slut, both after the penis of your best friend, that you'd shove off the guy tsundere-style?
