but i have been toying around with arcs and the program the past 3 days

I'm facing two problem i can't seem to overcome

1- how do you get more than one persona on the screen ? i can only get one
2- how do you get the persona to do something , for example if i want it to point , or i should search in arcs for that ?

or a good tutorial site explaining those and more

I'm pretty sure I answered this exact question before, but...

You've accessed Pose Mode, right? That's the key thing.
1) If you have a saved model, hold CTRL and click the model
2) You make the pose for them pointing. If you have to base it off of another preset pose, then that's what you have to do, or you can find someone else's save of a pointing pose and put it into your save data.
