So how does one go about attaining this game anyway? I can't make any sense of Japanese websites and it doesn't seem to show up on the English version.

It's not out yet. Once it is, you should be able to purchase it off maniax.dlsite.com via these instructions (I believe they still work).

　全攻略を目指すとなると、一番やっかいなのは、『乳母姫』エンドです。
　強搾乳を行っている状態では、女王誕生が成り立ち易く、うまく正気か性器を調整しないといけ ません。
　増減の可能性のある、正気で調整するほうがよいでしょう。

・変異系について

　　胸の大きさが変わる変異は、魔乳を除いて『膨房葉蟲』から行われます。
　　『膨房葉蟲』コマンドが表示されたときは、次の胸の大きさへ変えられる条件が揃ったことを 意味します。
　　※すべて非妊娠時のみ発生します。
　　※魔乳変異については、魔乳系で説明します。
『豊乳変異』
・乳房トロフィ１以上
『爆乳変異』
・豊乳変異している
・乳房トロフィ４以上
・『あこがれ、オーラの胸』イベントを見ている
『超乳変異』
・豊乳変異している
・乳房トロフィ６以上
・『超乳開発』コマンドを実行済み
　
・開発系について

　　ランザやオーラを改造するための開発系は、イベントによってコマンドボタンが現れます。
『子宮開発』
