How big does Sammie get? The preview makes it look like she doesn't go above a modest cut size. That's what I liked about Karen's clip; she went BIG.

I bought both clips. Sammie doesn't get that big. Just look at the preview. There's a bit of process but its a very long clip mostly involving her trying on different outfits for her new tits. Hopefully this clip has a sequel though. I loved Karen's clip, she's just hot. Larkin's is still my favorite recent one though.
