deviantArt would be a first choice as most artiest do post there, but you can find alot more of Shonuff44's stuff on furaffinity since they alow more mature contint then DeviantArt

I seem to recall once seeing a video of chick on howard stern or something like that have saline added to her existing implants via small needles, with her conscious, causing irl BE. I recall seeing that video at some point, but the name escapes me, though if you search BE on dailymotion you might find it as they tend to have more mature video's
