The blue text in the first post means that all posts in the thread have their IP address shown alongside them. In the rules it's noted that multiple requests from the same person aren't allowed. I imagine the artist is getting fed up with the same guy posting several of the same stale requests every week.

Here's a question, just to liven up discussion: What pictures do you guys have that you'd like to be BE'd in the 2chan thread? I've been posting there pretty much every week now, and I've been trying to find some new pictures to request, but I haven't found anything particularly good just yet.

Holy cow, this week's thread has been AWESOME so far. Seven new edits. I think enabling IPs in that thread was a very, VERY good idea on the part of the thread starter.

Apparently there's a command (similar to how sage works) you put in the name field which makes your IP show at the top of your post in red. I'm told it's "fusianasan," but I can't quite get it to work right.
