Yes, I remember that scene, but I can't think of the name of the series. I think it's actually an English language show, but the clip that was posted here was overdubbed in Spanish/Portuguese (probably recorded off some South American TV channel). I also remember that he was TGed because of a chemical formula of some kind, if that narrows it down.
