However anyone wishing to write a PCA screenplay
( Public Cel Animation ) has to write their screenplay
based on what others ( voice actors,artists ) donated to the
"PCA archive".

The writer has to make their screenplay suitable for the
existing real resources of the archive.

Hence any writer who wrote a screenplay based on none existent
resources would have produced a rather useless screenplay
( unless they've got $$$ to hire artists and voice actors )

The challenge behind a PCA screenplay is to tell your story
with what the archive has,not with what you wish it had
