Well, I don't know anything about the theory of cinema and how to plan a camera angle on a scene but as far as that animation goes it really seems like the animator just wanted to cut out some corners by just doing everything in one single scene without cuts, for me it is acceptable on that case of an animation completely sepparated from any plot or without any scene built up around it, it is just a girl TFing into a werewolf. I do agree that in the case of including this animation on a series with a plot and more character development this would have to be redone to make it more appealing.
