Actually, her mental state has nothing to do with her legality. The only thing that matters is how many years have elapsed since her birth. I worked at a convenience store for short time that was close to a group home . I regularly sold cigarettes to a guy who was chronologically 37 years old, but mentally he was around 9 or 10. He had every legal right to buy cigarettes and I had no legal reason to deny the sale of them to him. Likewise, if I took a 37-year-old woman and rejuvenated her body back to a developmental level of a 10 year… She’d still be legally 37 years old.

Case in point, every time Cher gets a facelift she doesn’t get change the date of her birth on her birth certificate.
