As long as it doesn't negatively impact your relationships, whether they're personal or professional, it shouldn't make any difference. Just stay happy, stay healthy, and try to pursue other interests that won't strike people as being "weird."

(The only downside to having a TF hang-up is all the money I keep blowing on commissions...)
