Animated short film called Alma. A girl sees a doll in a toy store window that looks just like here. She goes inside to look at it and becomes the doll, somehow. I believe Dreamworks is set to turn this into an animated movie at some point.

I remember that one. Came out shortly after Coraline, as I recall.
