I always wanted to make a SCP based on a slender lady wrapped up in leather straps all covered up except for her right eye showing and hung upside down in a large chamber. Her ability being that whoever she touches becomes a copy of her.

If you think you have the writing chops why not try it? You just need to figure out her containment procedures and how she was acquired by the foundation.
