Super confused at first but now I think I get it. Just to be sure though:

If I purchase this game through steam when it becomes available will I get access to wish stone and NG+ element?

i hope he goes extreme with the BE, like you can get stages of BE instead of a one time deal. making them big to huge to massive, gigantic. etc(not to a point where you only see the boobs and head,but like covering either torso or even more like this pic he did http://goo.gl/tbKLQ5 or the earlier pic).. cuzz why not..how big you planning on letting them grow?

Yes, the retail version will have all the stretch goals applied to it. When you buy it on steam you get all of it.
