That's a manga where the owner runs an S&M business. A lot of his employees are actually guys that go through some mystical gender door that turns them into a female version of themselves. BDSM and sex ensues. In a lot of them that I've read, some of the employees decide to stay as women.

Yeah, its a great series however im wondering in this case if it wasn't the mc's choice and the belt kept him from reverting.
