Sorry for the issues. That would have to be taken up with vidown.com. We don't control the UI. We can customize our stores a little with fonts and pics etc but the things you're mentioning is nothing we can do anything about. As it's not on our side of things. We upload content and take care of the actual product/content. Vidown is responsible for the rest. Hope that helps. You can find support emails if you wish to tell them your issues.
