Re: Female Werewolf needles in a haystack

Been a while since I asked about this, but did anyone manage to get their hands on that 30th Night short yet?

This response was classic, but I actually DO have some more information about the transformation scene from “30th Night,” though not access to the actual scene/movie. Don’t ask me how I got it. (Let’s just say it pays sometimes to have a Journalism degree.) Here is a detailed account of the TF scene from someone who’s seen the movie:

“It was a blend of practical and CGI and it did remind me a bit of both The Howling and AWIL. There was fur protruding through the back of the woman's shirt. If I recall correctly her feet stretched into those of a canine on its hind legs and her eyes shifted colors. Her clothes did rip and there were off screen kills with blood splatter shortly after the shift. I think what I was getting at was the combo of what was and wasn't shown made the transformation scene effective for how short the film was and what I assume their budget was (low).”
