That looks a lot like a doujin I remember on exhentai a long time back, but in that one they absorbed a bunch of tentacles, then dissolved into a mass of tentacles that fell through a drain.

Have never been able to find that one again....

Thank you for finding it, I read somewhere it had a tf but I guess not could have been good.

I remember once seeing a comic (rough pencil at that) of Sakura from Naruto performing a jutsu that turned her into a nearly complete catgirl (Her hands became pawlike, lost clothes and gained fur, and she grew whiskers (her face was almost all cat). I have searched for said comic and have come up empty handed. Can anyone point me in the right direction of this?

This is the only comic I can think of that matches your description. You have to go many pages into the thread to see the entire thing, but that's the last page and it does fit with what you said.
