A quest for real growth

Hello, felt that I needed to come out of lurking for this and post my two cents. Not long ago my wife became aware of my BE fetish and much to my pleasure decided to take an active role in it. There are many herbal treatments that increase lactation and stimulate breast development. For a few weeks my wife would just eat tablespoon of fennel seeds every now and then and this yielded little to no results. So when we discovered saw palmetto and fenugreek in handly pill form we took a more agressive approach, with two capsules of each everyday. I think that is roughly 300mg of both the fenugreek and the palmetto everyday. Could be a little higher on the fenugreek. Anyway, after three months of dedicated pill-popping my wife has DEFINETLY showed some change. She was about a 36-38d before, we aren't sure exactly where she is now but her breasts are definetly heavier and fuller. Her bras don't fit as well anymore either and we are overdue for some shopping. Ok so no she didn't jump like 5 cups sizes or anything like that but there is no doubt in my mind that they are larger.... and shes still taking the pills! yahoo! anyways, good luck, don't give up... you've got to keep taking the stuff and ignore the skeptics. they probably don't have breasts of their own to play with anyways.

Herbals and supplements don't work with everyone but they are an alternative to implants. Not every pill or creme out there will work. Just do some research and expect some work to go into it

I must say that I agree with most of what's been said here. It doesn't seem that the so-called "natural" remedies are truly effective based on my research. The claims by companies selling such products should be taken with a grain of salt. I could also see them causing health complications if not taken properly (or perhaps even if taken properly).

Just wanted to update on the amount of fenugreek and saw palmetto my wife was taking as my original post was not accurate. She takes two 600 mg capsules of fenugreek, two 160mg capsules of saw palmetto and about two tablespoons of fennel seed each day. Usually with meals. Good luck!

As a lucky asshole whose had a girl for more than 5 years who is not only interested in BE but a willing test subject, the only advice I can give any guy with the same dumb luck is to a) be careful and b) be persistent.

The first piece of advice is more important than you might think. A lot of the herbal supplements and cremes are loaded with different forms of estrogen and estrogen derivatives. While they very well may give your girl a temporary boost in the bust department (for the same reasons that birth control does in some women), taken in excess for long periods of time can significantly increase cancer risk particularly in women predisposed to breast cancer. They are also known to eff with your metabolism and cause ladies to put on weight faster and more easily than they normally would. Do the research, don't take more than the recommended dosage and go in cycles.

As for persistence, I can only give you my anecdotal evidence. My girl has gone from a DD when I met her to an H after years of experimenting with herbal supplements, inducing lactation and different forms of birth control. No pregnancy involved. She did gain a significant amount of weight at one point (30-40 lbs), but a lot of that had to do with one particular nasty birth control pill that did not agree with her. She has since lost most of that and kept her prized treasures.

Obviously a lot of this has to do with genetics and if your girl is flat as a board, she's likely not pre-disposed to see any significant results from tinkering with her body chemistry. That said, you can still have a lot of fun experimenting and there's a lot of different things to try:

- Inducing lactation using a breast pump and domperidone (anti-nausea drug with amusing, milky side effects). Most effective method I've found. It takes a couple of weeks before you start seeing results, but nothing is quite as effective as booting up the dairy factory. Granted, you have to be pretty religious about pumping and taking the drugs, but as long as you're not averse to the side effects (soreness, milkiness), it's the most natural method and a great indicator of a woman's "potential".

- Using the aforementioned fenugreek combined with other herbal remedies... these cocktails don't generally show any significant long-term results, but if your girl is one of the lucky ones whose body reacts to the hormones found in these herbs, you may be able to see some results.

- Experimenting with various birth control pills. While the majority of BC these days is pretty low on the types of hormones that provide the results you're looking for, if you experiment with enough of them, you're likely to find one your girl's body reacts to.

- For a slightly kinkier (read: much more painful) method, you can inject saline directly in to the breast. It will dissolve in to the blood stream after a few hours, but it's tough to beat for immediate results. Please keep in mind this is very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing and inadvisable unless your girl likes/doesn't mind pain and you're not afraid to make an awkward call to the emergency room if you screw it up.

- Obviously there's your fantasy-related stuff... push-ups, water bras, home-made BE contraptions. No actual results, but if your girl is down for a little roleplay/fantasy dirty talk, it's all of the great sex with none of the potential downsides.

The important part is to do your research, be safe and HAVE FUN.
