There are people that like to get photomanipper's accounts suspended. Especially if they don't think it is "art", like furry manips. Usually you can get stuff back up after a day or two depending on when you notice your site is down.

I've had one piece removed, and since then I've been careful to only use images made available in the Resources & Stock section of dA, Creative Commons license or images I've been given permission to use.
I've noticed many newer artists and people creating one off pieces tend to get away with it though. Mature works without proper credit tend to attract more attention too. Give anyone an excuse to report your works if they don't want to see it, and they will. Some people do make you wonder though, if you don't like it, then don't click on it -_-

Yeah, in every country in the world there are always some guys thinking that they are the "righteous hand of God", who protect the society from evil, corruption and morally deviated people, you know xD.
