Yeah...besides, the fact that they're stooping this low to prove a point only makes them lower than those they criticize. They're moronic idiots whose lives are so boring that the only thing they can think of is pissing people off...and that's sad.

Re: A Promising Deviant

This reminds me of something, maybe from South Park, not sure. Character goes around being extremely gay to "prove people are gay", and when he gets responses, starts pointing fingers "HA, YOU'RE SUCH A HOMO".

That said, there is truth to it. There's plenty of (pardon me being blunt) moronic simpletons out there that flock to anything with boobs. I'm painfully aware of this what with Notes or comments I have to sift through, but it comes with the territory. Also, I only saw one pic since a link in that forum worked despite the account being closed(?), and while they might excuse it off as crap, it was really not bad. How many pics did they have, or was it just that one?

More or a less a dozen if you count all their accounts, but I didn't download them fast enough.
But yeah, I thought the goal of trolling was to cause a stir using as little effort and research as possible, not to mock moronic teens and manchildren who actually act like children to the point you become them.

Though there is /b/.....

he firstly made three himself. then people started requesting stuff from him, which he did without any hassle (his plan was to get popular very quick)

so in the end he made like 6 pics before he got busted by some people

Re: A Promising Deviant

I talked to him (Sweetchewie) via notes actually, he doesn't seem to be THAT bad of a person himself just one of those people who follow trends and can't think for themselves ya know? The kinda guy who gives into peer pressure and does what everyone else does just to be 'cool'. That said, I'm not exactly defending him and what he did was no less inexcusable/stupid/etc.

One thing him and I have in common though, we both despise people like Staceytron and Jessica Elwood who now-a-days just seem to whore themselves out on DA with pictures of themselves to all the horny boys.

That rant aside, heres two pics I managed to find that I saved. One of which is my OC, who despite the huge hooters, he said was actually pretty interesting. (Whether that is a lie or not is for you to decide.)

TLDR; Free boobs

Does he have a normal account? Even though he was trolling, he has a good style and I'm interested in his original work.

He said he did but he never gave me a link. Of course I never bothered to ask either.

Aw well. A shame, since the boobs were good, but I really liked the colors and casual way he drew the overall figure.

Kinda weird, since that defeats what they were trying to prove. These were good art+boobs, not just boobs alone with poor art. If he had crapped them out in really low quality, it would've been more of a valid point.

Re: A Promising Deviant

Yes their plan seemed to pretty much backfire as they gave us what we wanted pretty much.

I disagree. He achieved exactly what he set out to do. Those are poor drawings, far below an acceptable level for aesthetically pleasing art. Take the boobs out and no one would give them a second look.

Yes, he could've put less effort into his stunt. No, it wouldn't have had the same results with stick figures. Yes, there are signs that he has actual skill. He probably didn't use half of it here. Unfinished sketches with color splattered on top? He can do better.

True, but in comparison to a lot of the stuff out there, it's very good.

Re: A Promising Deviant

As a showing that people can care about boobs and not much else, sure. You could even tell if he just redrew some lines, he'd actually have some proper anatomy.

But I think mass popularity having little to do with actual skill and talent is known for just about everything. All they did was prove it for a more taboo niche.
