Try Googling for the term 'Rokurokubi'. It is a type of japanese demon that can stretch its neck very long and is often female. There's a Disneyesque live-action movie with one (and a clip on YouTube) called 'Yokai Daisenso'. There's also a live-action movie called 'Yokai Kidan', but it's considerably darker.

I think he means it more like in that one scene in Alice in Wonderland, where her neck streches so long that it scares off the pidgedon.

I know that episode 9 of Hell Teacher Nube had one of the female students stretch her neck. Like that Japanese myth of a lady that has a long neck.

I remember seeing this little bonus thing on the frist X-Men DVD where Senator Kelly's daughter's neck starts getting longer. It ain't much though.
