That is one of my favorite stories as well. Pulls off the Male to BBW process without relying on dick-girls, femdom, or any of the really creepy shit that is usually associated with that kind of TF. On top of that, it's about 90% description and process, which is just awesome.

Unfortunately, I have no idea who the author is either. Never came across another story quite like that one, so its hard to try and connect it to another named author by criteria.
