I like this very much. I before pic would be great....but even the after is good since you can actually get a feeling of the transformation. Look forward to future images.

I like the shading job you did on the clothing, very nice touch.

However... I did have some problems with it.

- The eyes seem too squarish. I know you're going for an anime effect with them, but you need to round the eyes out a bit more to give them a softness inherent in the picture.

- The skin appears too light. Maybe it's just the lighting of the picture, but I feel that she's far too pale considering what she's wearing. You could try darkening the flesh tone slightly to match the rest of her design.

- Her breasts seem a bit large. The clothes serve to hide it a little bit... though it's still noticeable. She's going to have some back problems later on. :-P Not really a problem in most senses, just my taste in the picture. Personally, I think she'd be better off with smaller breasts as a way of pulling attention away from the chest and more on the rest of the picture.
