I saw that commercial on NBC back when Friends and Darma and Greg were still on. The show came from Britain originally and redone as an American sitcom. Thankfully (as the material was dreadful to begin with) the show was canceled within two episodes. The show was so bad that it barely made it past it's Pilot.

I wouldn't so much call them "morphs" as "people switching places with each other". They didn't even show any of the process in the video, which was also kind of disappointing.
