If your getting the error in regards to pixiv, just go and make an account, they have a english interface setup. They have plenty of 3D custom girls stuff over there, though it might also help if you got google translate for your browser so you can slightly understand the tags.

But my next question would be, is there a way to capture images that eliminates those icons you can see while posing your characters? Or is that fixed via cropping?
