I didnt even know, but a special 2 pack containing both live action movies was released on bluray... anyone happen to catch it?

Ah its because there is a scene in which Shaggy and Scooby both ingest some sort of potion, and it involves TG, Muscle Growth and stuff. A bluray version would be very nice.
