Yes, cluedog!

But yeah, I guess I just assume everyone into TG is a dude. Just from a "root cause" standpoint, I'm not sure many women are really into MtF transformations. Would be cool to meet someone I would dare talk to about this kind of thing though!

There's a least a couple here...certainly, I very much enjoy the MtF scenario, and I'm sure there's at least a couple more on this board.

I think the reasons for why would be very different between the two genders. I know TheTGArtist fell out of TG after he starting taking hormones. Now she, I think her transformation is nearing its end. She lost total interest in TG.

I would love to see more people answer this interview to get a better understanding of where people stand. It seems everyone has some very drastic reasons for liking tg, and like different parts of it for different reasons.

Re: Interviewing the community

1) What is it that you like about TG?

A man being allowed to be free from macho life and embrace his softer side. Plus the turn on aspect of it.

2) How did you become interested in TG?

It started when I was picked on for not being manly enough and turned to the school medical and genetics books to find what is wrong with me. Instead I found out about TG and intersex conditions leading to my first questioning and arousal. When I got the internet I soon found TG stories online. (first on Transformation Story Archive, then following the TF ring and finding fictionmania). I could go more in deth (its a long story) but do not want to depress myself.

3) Have you actually completed any TG releated materials?

a couple stories on fictionmania and a yahoo group for partial TG I barely visit anymore.

4) Do you have any formal art training or are you self-taught? Same goes with working in 3D rendering software?

Nope, I have no TG art and only a couple crappy manips made with a program I do not think I even have anymore.

5) What's your opinion of the current state of the transformation community?

I mainly hang on the TG community, it is ok, I just wish it was not so homophobic, androphobic, and less judgemental in general.

6) Do you find the Process to be a welcoming place for TG art? (This has been a complaint which has been registered a few times in the past, which is why I ask)

It's better than it has been. I thankfully do not see the attacks on Partial TG and FtM like I used to. But it still hasn't prooved itself to me completely, silence on issues does not necessarilly mean acceptance.

7) What about the PROCESS of TG do you enjoy the most?

The process as the act of changing? Seeing mid changed images. Especially if they mix masculine and feminine traits.

The process site? Art posting and media news.

8) Which TG artists do you like?

cluedog, tebra, siprotes, blackshirt boy, spartasko, bacchanalia corp, and past artists like pop fusion, aisaku/vierge, etc. A pitty Pop (who always did more fur than TG sadly) no longer does art, and Aisaku (who was a friend) died.

9) What media of TG do you like, art, video, written?

Anything to my tastes is usually fine as my tastes are rare. I like feminine acting men, girly acting FtM (especially if gay), and partial TG (especially men with breasts).

specific things I remember standing out are Dr Jeckyll and Miss Hyde. and the stories Chan, Chan Overload, Bit by Bit, and BodyCAD (sadly gone now).

10) Have anything you'd like to add about yourself that people won't know, funny story or whatever?

I got a bachelors in biology. I like fishing, bird watching, and nature photography. I enjoy comics and RPG's
