I wouldn't call it a poof, it had 3 stages. So it was a quick TF, but there wasn't any cloud of smoke blocking the view, that's what defines a 'poof', there has to be a poof of smoke.

My point is why do we care about a transformation of an underage character in a children's cartoon

We've had this debate again and again.
The nature of this board depends on what we input it with, and on the way we look at it. Some people are completely unable to see anything else but porn in transformation, and assume this is a fetish porn forum only. Some other people are simply fascinated (not necessarily in a sexual way) by the process of transformation, and have no problem at all with content such as this one.
