Bizarre Transgender Change

This might sound weird, but I was wondering if there were images or stories based around strange transgender changes. What it means is that a male person could change into a woman, but in a different way. Say for examples the comes out of a male cacoon or the changes happened in an upside down way, (Hands and arms turning into feet and legs, head turns into a pussy Feet and legs turn into hands and arms, etc.) Here's one example I did just to give you a clear indication as to what I want.
