Thoughts On Elongating Growth
I'm just wondering about people's view on Elongating Growth. In that I mean a woman getting taller but not getting any wider (much like a naturally tall person). I was thinking about writing a story that was based on elongating growth but I want to know what people's opinion on it was before I started. A good example of this is in the Roald Dahl novel George's Marvellous Medicine where the main character's cranky grandmother grows as tall as a house but never grows any wider so she looks like a stick insect. The growth would make a woman's limbs grow very long so in the end she would look a lot like a stick insect. Another good example is this picture by Manthomex.

Re: Thoughts On Elongating Growth
Thanks for that and maybe I should rename this thread so that it can be dedicated to elongating growth.
There is another picture linked to the one I posted in the first post. It is the same character although she is a few feet shorter. The artist has told me that while he draws her she will continue to grow throughout. It will be fun if he does one where she is looking eye to eye with a giraffe. http://manthomex.deviantart.com/art/...sion-373633764 |

Re: Thoughts On Elongating Growth
Based on the video in the previous post. This is the full episode where Alice elongates so she's like 20 feet tall but is not any wider. She is repeatedly mistaken for a snake and spends the majority of the episode in her elongated state.
