Re: Atomizing
Sorry, I didn't mean to come across like I was condemning your preferences or demanding everything conform to mine. I was just offering an explanation for why I'm not into with the extremes of size-changing.

Re: Atomizing
Thanks for the replies and input, people. Admittedly the size I originally posted is too minuscule for my tastes, it was more a case of just attempting something outside the usual drawing zone. But I say it was worth the effort at least.
I'll try out some of the suggested material sometime in the future, see how it pans out. |

Re: Atomizing
As an artist I find it hard to draw on a scale smaller than the world I interact with comfortably already. Objects give perspective to the reader. However the post that started this thread is done so well I can see doing atomized art and making it work too. I tend to draw most my SW's around eight to twelve inches tall. Doll sized. Though the situations I draw them in, or am asked to draw them in are hardly meant to convey safety.

Re: Atomizing
Nah. It's only once you get below a certain scale.

Re: Atomizing
The atomic model in the drawing is also scientifically inaccurate, but, eh.
