It could be inflation instead of pregnancy but whatever, not even sure if F2M-TG (or DTG), there is something happening to her beyond her face.

Is really difficult to tell what is happening in this manga, JINKI wasn't like this, is like they're into some sort of Bermuda Triangle space that somehow affects individuals randomly i guess.

Vol.03 TG is only two pages and the character is not seen again, another story without a real ending, last volume from 2012 states "To be continued...someday, somewhere", so it's between ongoing and hiatus.
