Grimms Notes The Animation
Grimms Notes is a new anime series with four heroes who have the power to transform into any character from the fairy tales we have all read about. One male hero uses the power to transform into alice in wonderland and a female uses her power to transform into robin hood from the fairy tale. Transformation begins at 16:50.

damn that's why i hate animation from games they usually act like "hey you know everything already right? let's make some jokes and everyone has no introduction at all" wasn't anime supposed to promote the game? how can someone who doesn't know the game actually enjoy it? oh well also that makes the transformation really pointless too since they just TG and don't really care like oh yeah it is normal to turn into a another gender or another person...
