MTF TG in dorohedoro
In episode of the netflix rendition of dorohedoro a somewhat eccentric side character gets turned into one of the main characters in ploy to mislead the main antagonist. There's actually a bit of process to it as can be seen in a youtube clip
On a related note the anime is a bit of a fever dream. But if you enjoy brutal violence, comedy, creepiness, lots of blood and the occasional moment of "what the absolute fuck" thrown in dorohedoro somehow makes all of those elements work together quite well and I would recommend giving it a watch.
