No, I remember the story being a bit more involved or at the very least the main character meeting with other characters, like a girl at a salon helping along the main character's transformation.

It's kind of funny; I'm in the south (Georgia) and I see more girls like the 'before' than the 'after' around here.

I don't take any offense though, as I know that's not the intent of it all and it's just good fetishy fun.
