I was reminded of a very good reality-altering story via the request thread in the TG section: The Gate of the World by The Professor. Obviously, it's mainly TG-themed, but the reality alterations go farther than that.

Don't think I've mentioned Zymurgy's "Anomaly" yet in this thread. It involves a reality-altering device, and the most recent chapter, Part 5, contains widespread changes to reality that result from changes to human female anatomy. Also, it was proofread by me.

I think the ebook Older and Wiser would qualify here, as it's about a girl who gets older but nobody else seems to notice but her. "Quantum Flux" is a race and gender change story that also fits that pattern.

Here's a reality-alteration story (primarily TG) that I'd overlooked, involving a wishing ring: "Ring of Reality"

The same author just posted the first part of a new reality-altering story with some similarities (they both take place at a law school), but with this one, the cause of the changes is more mysterious: "The Edge of the Woods"
