Yes, Antaris found out who the 2nd character is, "it's Minato Nagase from the game Akaneiro ni somaru saka."

As for the Dinaranger 2, have you tried sahadou (http://sahadou.com/) or cemex's blog (http://commissionercemex.wordpress.com/)?
