Well, sorry to necro but....necro.

I've been trying to find a particular reality-change story for a few days now but have had no luck. In the first part a guy, his girlfriend and his pervy brother find a genie at the beach. The girlfriend makes the mistake of offering the pervy brother one wish, and he wishes for something along the lines of being able to suggest whatever he wants to the people around him. He then uses this to warp the reality of the girlfriend/genie/basically everyone else. In the second part, they go to a diner and continue along similar lines. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

I believe you're referring to "Wishing Well" (or "Wishing... Well...") by BillPratt -- there are two parts, available in two separate posts in this thread.

Haha! I had thought you were the author when I first started trying to re-discover it, but I couldn't find it in any of the usual repositories. I knew I found the link here originally, though, so I went back to the source. But yeah, I remembered it being of a high enough quality that it could have only been written by you or maybe one or two other people.

Here's a good rags game that follows this line slightly. It's NSFW though.

basically you get powers that let you either force someone to do something "against their will" or you "lure" them to do things. Lure apparently edits that persons reality. Decent amount of bimboization in there.
