I really don't want to be that guy who reports, but the link is to a fan translation of a comic referenced in the TG category under the thread "Japanese Fake ID TG Comic". What was linked in that thread was ok'd as it was a preview of the upcoming release which was made available by the artist/writer. The issue I see is this seems to be the whole comic, which is supposed to be available via purchase only... Not sure how the mods/policy want to rule on a fan translation of the complete work, since it is not available in English otherwise to the best of my knowledge.

But as for the content of the comic, I can vouch from that other thread that it does have some reality/mental changes in it as well, since the person practically becomes the one he got the ID for.
