"Quality" is a rather subjective matter. Especially considering that he doesn't really need to spend as much time bending 3D models into place as one does drawing them.

I mean, once you have proportions set on a model, its a lot easier to put them into different scenes than it is to draw the same person for each scene in a comic... 'sides, if I recall, porn isn't really subject to copyright protection, especially when it involves sexualized precision brain damage.

That's all very entertaining, but that's not exactly a "fact." That's something someone is asserting as a defense in a copyright case. People assert all kinds of crazy-ass things in court.

You're joking, right? That's not a "fact" of any kind. That's total nonsense spouted by one person as a backended defense against a pending lawsuit.

Porn is still protected under copyright just like everything else out there.
I personally don't care what justifications you use to do whatever it is you do or don't do but let's not go around spouting complete nonsense.

I believe the issue at hand isn't piracy or illegality. The issue that's really itching us is the fact that a certain set of protected content is continuously promoted in a manner that inevitably will annoy.

What I'm saying is, there's something out there that some people have no access to - for various reasons, i won't get into that. Then please, don't keep going "omg, it's so awesome AND updated" every other week. At one point, someone is going to speak up and this kind of flame will ensue.

It may be a marketing strategy to make someone want something more and more, but insisting will only end you up in the "telemarketer" hate pit. We know Wicked Funpark exists, we know it has some bimbofication. Settled. No need for further legal discussion and back to the juicy links!
