Yup, it only works with 7zip although it's a rar file.

Just put this password when 7zip is requesting it.

Thanks, I had been looking too. Nothing in the text was bringing up results. Now I know why.

And the spacing isn't a bug. Vbulletin automatically puts spaces into long strings of characters to prevent page-stretching. If you were to, for example, make a long string of Ms, you would notice that a random space would be inserted:
