Or just a particular picture: Amy Rose in a pink dress with absurdly huge breasts she can't see over, holding a purse? Its got her in profile and from the front? The guy who made it used to have a website called the "Labyrinth Zone" and did a lot of BE art with Amy in particular? I don't need to find his whole portfolio or anything that pic would do just fine, if anyone has it or knows about it.

I'm not in this part of town often, but I came across this pic on 4chan. It looks terrible, and the blatant and literal self-insert of the author is embarrassing, but there's at least some potential here. If anybody has any leads, then thanks.
