This is a strange request. I've been looking around for this book for a long time and I can't find it.I can't remember the name of the book for the life of me.
Details:
This fat guy has this cute girl at his mansion. He installs and glues a plug in her butt that won't allow her to shit without him inserting a tool. She tries to run but the plug is like a electric dog collar. She can't leave. He puts her in his basement with all the other girls. He has these special glass jars that each girl is in.
For the BE part...
In order for the girls not to be able to get out he pumps them full of breast enhancers to enlarge their breasts. If they try to get out they're stopped by their huge breasts which can't fit the jars openning.
It turns out that he is in fact in a fat suit and is skinny. He slides in the jar with the girls and fucks them while in the jar.
Its a pretty creepy book but the artwork is cool.

Well, I decided to take a look at which ones have BE, to see if I missed any. And it claims that Pigeon Blood contains it. However, after flipping through, I can't find it. Anyone know which episode and where it is?

I did, but I've since moved it to CD and I don't trust my computer to repost it. It'll make it back here eventually, however.
