This one is interesting. It's about IB but it doesn't really feature any kind of change or transformation in its characters, all IB'd characters are just extra shiny. For those who enjoy the social implications and drama of IB stories it might be a nice read.

Quite a number of short clips on Instagram with the #makecarregadachallenge : basically, women put their phone charger in their mouth and get charged into IB in several steps (mostly hair and makeup, but hey it's something).

Check out a bazillion other #(something)challenge from Brazilian IGers, with a lot of transformations, although still always pretty much only hair and makeup.

No on screen process, but I feel it is worth at least mentioning that the new Netflix show The Witcher has an explicit off screen IB of Yennefer.

Happens several episodes in, but I have heard the show is pretty good (I scanned through the episodes without context to get where it happens, it's off screen.)

The actress is made up to have a hunchback, crooked jaw, and unflattering features and ends up going through a rather brutal process to have herself "reborn" as it were into what the actress actually looks like (with makeup).

It's definitely not off-screen, it is the most processy IB process there is in media as far as I know. Though obviously it is not what you are used to and it is pretty gory.

Well, in one sense it is on screen, but it also is focused on the viscera to the point that you don't quite see what exactly is happening, and it's interlaced with another action scene.
