I kinda remember this manga, Where in the girl is a robot or a Frankenstein creation or something, and she starts with small boobs. She is then activated, and at some point early on, she has her breast taken off (it looks like they were made to be interchangeable, and snapped on through these little holes in her chest.) She freaks out over this, and then the doctor goes to a wall of breast panels on a shelf and selects bigger boobs and snaps them onto her. She is still freaked out by it, and now has large boobs. Does anyone remember this? What am I remembering?

im looking for a be video I remember seeing some years ago.
Its a cartoon/ old anime style, it starts with a woman lying in bed asleep then an intruder climbs in the window in her room, shoves some biscuit like food in her mouth while shes awake then the man flees through the window, after hes gone the women's breasts increase in size then she suddenly gains weight.
