That's a different fetish and a contradictory statement. Go to "Increase Beauty" for that as you're asking for the opposite of what this thread offers. You could strip all the physical alterations from bimbo tf while keeping the mental ones, and it would still be bimbo tf. Removing the mental alterations makes it something else.

Yeah, this is usually referred to (by me) as a ninja bimbo. Not to be confused with ninjas who happen to be bimbos, the ninja bimbo looks and acts the part of the bimbo but is in reality quite intelligent indeed. One could argue that a character like Mihoshi from the Tenchi Muyo series is a ninja bimbo, given her ditzy nature despite her profession of a pilot (if I recall correctly).

Let's not get too hasty in defining what makes a bimbo a bimbo. I mean personally, if a girl has a pair of tits the size of my head, and ass to match, lips meant for wrapping around cocks, and pussy that begs to be filled, and a desire to let me do what I want with it, I don't care if she has a Ph.D in Applied quantum surgery and macromechanical engineering, she's sexy where it matters. (Though I will give bonus points for using quantum surgery to turn other girls into bimbos.) Each has their own definition, and therefore their own preference.

But the primary theme of the thread IS mind control, and by definition, mind control involves some aspect of lost agency. The surest sign of intelligence is knowledge and control over how you use it, but mind control always involves nullifying some component of it.
