Okay. So I've been looking into alternate avenues to produce the content you were originally promised. Dave is being spectacularly unhelpful and uncommunicative, so it looks like this may all fall on me. That said, I don't plan to leave you people hanging, so I have a couple of possibilities. I know I didn't fund the shrinking project, but did for the GTS one. But anyways I would go with flash as well. Since everyone else has brought up good points. But in the end, thank you for being the good half to this all and to hell with Dave :/

Also what is the answer to my question above Qzar and is the GTS project going to be done the same or is that a whole another issue? Sorry if I'm becoming a broken record ^^;

Well, I would've preferred to refund the gts project since it isn't partially fulfilled like the sw one. However, since Dave isn't talking to me much, if I can't get the money from him I'll just have to take steps like I have here. I'll let you know.

Was this deal done with Dave or his company? Because if it was with the studio wouldn't it fall under the new owners responsibility to finish this project?

You gave money to me, which I transferred to Dave. I don't think Betty Jaded (new owner) agreed to accept any responsibility for unfinished projects, and even after the sale Dave said he was supposed to finish them.

There's no update because I don't have any news. I'm trying to get something together, but my funds are limited as I just took a huge pay cut when I involuntarily changed jobs. Dave won't answer any questions I ask and seems to have no intention of doing anything else about this project; I'll tell you more when I have more to tell. Okay?

It's been a couple on months with no process of light at the end of the tunnel... so that's a little hard. Plus I gave quite a bit of cash, this isn't 20$ or something like that. So I have my reasons, though not trying to be rude. Just saying.

I can understand that, but I don't want this getting lost and then forgotten as I noticed this form tends to bury some of theses post. With some needing to die since they haven't been touched in a year or more, while ones like this. Need to stay open. But whatever I guess.

I'm a little surprise I'm really the only one to raise trouble over all of this. But I won't ask anymore. I know you have your hands tied Qzar, but I just expected things to have improved at least a little in this last month or two ^^; In any case, this is it for this post. No more posts till an update.

To be honest I only spent 25$ on this and I got more Clip's then 25$ would normally get me. So I really have no need to bug the guy. If something comes of it cool if not lesson learned. Kick starter and these sites are investment sites basically. And sometimes your risk does not pay off it's what happens in the real-world all the time. sometimes you don't get your money's worth or back.
