Going to be blunt here: In regards to Perfect U, It's nice for a "realistic" angle, but its really more of an "increased beauty" thing. For something that hides behind an "adults only" disclaimer, my boner wound up disappointed. But you get what you pay for, I suppose...

The feminist in me certainly approves of that, but as far as fetishes go I do often prefer a full-on bimbofication than something closer to increased beauty. This is an open invitation for everyone to create their own perfectU stories.
