Three Prototypes? Didn´t know about that one. But one another note, flying cars will sounding cool would actually pretty fucking horrifing. I mean just look at the number of regular car crashes each year. Add another dimension to it and you just increased the number by at least a factor of four unless you can install a working auto computer in every car AND can ensure that they all are 100% reliable networked. Considering that we still aren´t able to get a 100% cellphone connectivity 100% for of the time it might take another few decades before there are SAFE flying cars.

So just got back from seeing Elysium, good film, and figured I'd let you know there is a brief moment of race change at the start of the film. Apparently technology is so advanced that cosmetic surgery is as easy as a tanning bed and something you can do in your spare time if you have a minute. The actual scene is only a few seconds longer, but you see a more definitive change. Just a heads up.



It's at the 35 second mark. That part in the trailer is actually a mix of two completely separate scenes, so the woman isn't actually being cured of anything and the change is shown unbroken in the film.

Are you 100% sure that it was a different, Caucasian actress that transformed into the Asian woman? I've seen a number of people online mention that it was the same Vietnamese model both before and after the transformation, and that it just turned her hair back from blonde to her regular black.

It's likely that they made a mistake, but I just wanted to be sure.

I was looking at the old Star Trek comics and found that the genius of TF and that also lovable being Q has turned the entire crew of the enterprise into Klingons (issues 33-35) and androids (79-80).

There is a sequence Cluedog did a while back that is both Transgender and Race Change. The title is called Wizard to Wentch(es). Starts of with a Wizard that slowly transforms into a sexy Bimbo, but then she changes her race from black to Japanese, to a Latina, and then back again. It's a really detailed transformation and like her reaction to each of the changes. It also inspire me to write an AR/AP section with race elements for AR ARchive's Continuous Stories.

I love AR and AP as much as I love F2F transformations, so I am quite happy my commission inspired you to write that section - it was great. Having the characters speak in a different (their "natural") language after their transformations was an excellent addition.
